What I'm Doing Now.
Presently Happening - Mid 2025
I’ve transitioned my emulator setup from Recallbox on the Raspberry Pi 5 to Batocera on a PC with an x86 architecture. This upgrade offers a more powerful and versatile system. On the Pi 5, the ARM processor limited compatibility with certain emulators and games, but now on the x86 PC, I have access to a broader range of software and better overall performance. Very important on playing maniac mansion.
Zeroed in on a workflow for taking paperwork and digitizing it. Going for a completely paperless lifestyle.
I finally jettisoned NGINX proxy manager for the Syonolgy alternative. NGINX and i never got along. Good riddance.

I've been practicing my cooking a little bit I have been baking bread like a fiend. Of course I shouldn't be eating bread so it's a bit of a paradox.

Projects
Building at another media center in hopes of bringing everything in house and away from the seed box. Keep thinking about jellyfin but no AppleTV app yet.
Building an AI machine to run everything in house. I've posted a bit about it.
Summer Trips
I managed to attend my first HOPE conference in years, Had a great time and was able to reconnect with old friends. The atmosphere was both nostalgic and energizing.
I also spent 9 days on a hiking trip in Colorado including Rocky Mountain national Park. Altitude sickness is no joke
